The Heat is On...No Really and it Ain't Right

I wrapped up an exciting trip to my parents' homeland and made my way back to Phoenix...right in the middle a streak of days over 110 degrees! Smokin'! In fact, I touched the pavement today and said, "Hot?!?"
Mommy replied, "Yes Ella it's hot."

"Blow on it?"

"We blow on our food when it's hot, Ella, not the outdoors," Mommy responded.

I am learning the English language, comprehension, and synthesis. I am ripe for learning and can't absorb information fast enough - I am a machine, ah well, I am young!

I Love J-Town

I'm in Jackson and loving every minute of it. Here are some photos from my visit. I have spent time with my cousin Brody and his mom and dad, my great grandparents at the lake, went to Loud in Jackson's for ice cream with my grandparents and still have lots of trip left. Stay tuned and see my vacation wrap-up next week.

My Adventures!!!

I'm having a great time at Papa's & Oma's house! We have been doing so many fun things together. Thanks Dad for working so hard so that Mommy and I can hang out together everyday!!! Below are some pictures of different activities that I have done this week.

Papa and I had so much fun playing with play-doh. Papa used my armpit as the pancake smasher...I loved it!!!

I went to the nursing home to visit my great Grandma Lemmen. She is doing quite well. Although the picture doesn't show it, I had fun and was a pretty big hit we the seniors.

I love you Papa & Oma!

Papa has introduced me to his John Deere and I love going for rides with him.

The Critter Barn was great! I got to see a lot of animals. I even got to talk to the cows, but the only thing the cow said was "MOO!" You would think and animal that size would have a little more to say. For goodness sakes I know more words than that!

I got to get up close and personal with a baby duck. I didn't know what to make of it!

This was the second week in a row that I got to attend the Bock family lunch at Alpen Rose. Annabell, one of my second cousins, was there and after lunch we had to check out the dolls next door.
Having fun riding around on Trevor's John Deere.

It doesn't matter where I am at I always like to be a helper. Here I am helping Papa feed his fish.
Well, I am sure that I will be having many more adventures in the week to come so stay tuned!

Love,

Ella

Holland, Michigan

Hello Everyone!!!

On Monday I arrived to Holland, Michigan to visit my family and friends. I have started my adventure at Oma's and Papa's house. Here I am showing Papa my flexibility...if you look close I can eat my toes!
Today was Oma's birthday and I got to spend the entire day with her. It has been so wonderful! In the morning we went over to the neighbors house so all the moms could workout. I stayed busy with Katherine & Teagan.
In honor on Oma's birthday we went to the New Holland Brewery.
I have really been becoming quite the artist! I think my favorite color is green!
I have been having so much fun with Mommy and I got to hang out with her friend Alicia. Here we are at dinner having a blast! Sorry Uncle Bud or as I say "Uncle Bun" I didn't have a picture with you to put on the blog.
So far everything is going really well except I got bit in the face by a dog and it really hurt!!!

Hopefully I will see all of you soon!!!

Love,

Ella
