Happy Birthday Jesus

This Christmas was super meaningful to me. It was my first Christmas as a follower of Jesus! I was also really excited about opening all the gifts that I had under the tree, especially the big one wrapped in princess paper! Guess what it was...a new bike! I love riding my princess bike. We went out twice on Christmas day (it was 72 degrees and sunny to boot!).

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!

Merry Christmas!

It has been a great week celebrating Jesus' birth! On Christmas Eve we went to church as a family and I went to big church for the first time!!! I really liked the singing the best! After the Christmas Eve service we went over to the Baker family Christmas party. We had a blast with our dear friends! Christmas morning was also a lot of fun reading the Christmas story and then opening gifts. I made sure to put each piece of paper that I ripped off into the recycling bag immediately. It was also really fun finding out that I am going to have a little brother!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

More Words!

I just added please to my vocabulary yesterday! I say, "Pea!"
Check out my most recent art. My big sister likes to color and draw. I can see why!

I can't wait to meet my new cousin Preslie. She is brand new and lives in Michigan. My Grandma Dede said she looks a lot like me! Congratulations Uncle Cory, Aunt Melissa, and Brody!

Christmas is coming!

Hey everyone! I am so very excited for Christmas! We have big plans and are getting ready to celebrate Jesus' birthday! I just shared with my Mommy and Daddy that I love Jesus and he is in my heart. They are so proud of me!

Here is my latest abstract. I hope you like it.

Merry Christmas!

eh eh eh

I am talking a lot! My favorite thing to say is, "eh, eh, eh!" I also started to say, "moh," when I want more.

Books have become very important to me, too. I love to read "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and various Disney Princess books.

My Oma and Papa came to visit me last weekend. We had lots of fun, but there visit, along Aunt Jen and Erin was very brief. I had a great time but was sad to see them go.

Today I went to the zoo. As always, I enjoyed being outdoors and hanging out with the animals!

Oma and Papa

Oma and Papa came to visit us this weekend! Aunt Jen and Aunt Erin came out, too! I was excited to get to have Aunt Erin come to my gymnastics class! I would have to say we had a fantastic time together! I wish we could get together more often! We got to do lots of fun things but I was most excited about decorating Christmas cookies with them!

Turkey Day

I had a great Thanksgiving and I hope that you all did as well! My family hopped on a plane to see some old friends in Charlotte. It was a great time! There were five girls all 5 and under and then two moms. Talk about out numbering our dads. The Blacksons also have a girl dog named Whitney. We got along as long as she stayed away from me. If you look at the above photo you will see my reaction whenever Whitney got too close.

Hanging out in the backyard with my new friend Karis.

Check out all of those teeth!

Thanksgiving

We took a trip out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. What a great time we had with the Blacksons in Charlotte, NC. There were so many girls running around!

Things I like

Now that I see my big sister doing gymnastics I want to join in. I know the picture is blurring but I am really into doing summersalts.

I love my daddy so much! I think that he is the best dad ever!

Check out this big grin! It really shows off my huge teeth!

Coloring

As many of you know I love, love, love to color. Many days I enjoy coloring as soon as I get up and some days for hours! This is some of my work. I usually call it my homework.

Mimi

My grandparents came to visit us. We had such a fun time despite the constant pain in my mouth from all of my new teeth and my bum ankle. We played so much and got to know each other a lot better.
I also began calling my pacifier, "mimi". Mom and Dad were curious as to where I came up with it...what can I say? I am an artist with my words.
Each Friday I watch my sister do gymnastics. This week I was a little tired and my teeth hurt so I decided to take a little rest on the cool cement floor.

Visitors

This last week was so much fun! My Grandma Dede and Grandpa Chuck were in town. We got to do lots of fun things. These are a few thing that I really enjoyed doing with them: coloring, the zoo, walks, parks, and ice cream.

Monkey C

My friends Mia and Rylie came over for some Trick or Treeting Fun! It was my first time really getting after it. I dressed up like a monkey. It was so fun to be in a costume and get little presents from strangers. I had so much fun putting the presents in my little bag over and over. Mom and Dad were so proud of me!

Trick or Treat?

Cinderella and candy! What a fun time I had last weekend! My friends Rylie and Mia came over to hit the streets and get a bunch of candy. Along with Olivia and our parents we ventured the neighborhoods to get sugared-up!

Mouth Full of Teeth

I am getting lots and lots of teeth. I like to brush them and keep them nice and clean.

Chatter Box

I love to talk. The necessary words/day theory is definitelytrue for me! Sometimes I can't stop...it's like breathing! You know how it is, right?

Since I last posted (I missed a week!) we celebrated Daddy's birthday and we went to the Phoenix Zoo!

Playing with Big Sis!

Ella and I constructed a house with stylish tiles. We had a great time and played like crazy. How fun it was!

Daddy and Me

Daddy and me have really bonded lately. Since Mommy has been a bit under the weather he and I have done some cool things all by ourselves. I get to explore and run and jump around. He is very strict about using my manners and treating people with respect. I like to test him, but I know he really loves me. He tells me that Jesus loves us so much and we need to share that love with everyone even when it's hard to do.

Check out this picture from our adventure to the pottery painting place. Thanks to Uncle Cory, Aunt Melissa, and Brody I got to paint a princess piggy bank!

Memorable Quotes

"I am strong, I am beautiful, and I am powerful!"

"Dad check out your mustaches over your eyes."

"Mommy I love you this much (holding my arms as big as I can) and Daddy I love you this much (holding my fingers about an inch apart.)"

"Bite me!"

I put a stool on my head and said, "Look, I'm a bobble head."

(Mommy was brushing my hair and kept asking my to turn.) "Mom, I'm like a clock. I keep turning."

"Who did it if nobody did it?"

"Dad, how do you know that I lie?"

"I'm not so into treats anymore!"

"This food is freakin' me out!"

Raisins

My new love!
